Nickname: (Your character's nickname. If they don't have one, simply put N/A)

Age: (Character's Age)

Birthday: (Month and Day)

Race: (You can come up with any race of your choosing, so long as staff approves of it.)

Class: (Warrior, Ninja, Supporter, etc. CHOOSE 1)

Personality: (Your character's personality must be described in at least 250 words. Please keep in mind, everyone had positive and negative personality traits. You must address both, not just focus on the positive ones.)

Appearance: (Your character must have an appearance, right? Describe how your character looks with at least 100 words.)

Abilities: (Your race comes with two passive abilities, yay! You must make your abilities balanced though.)

History: (Describe your character's history with at least 400 words)

Role-Play Sample: (This is simply an example of how you role-play with it being no less then 150 words)
